Investors // Healthcare leaders who use AI

The AI literacy layer healthcare is missing.

81% of physicians already use AI, and almost none of them were trained on it. The Quadrant Company trains the leaders, certifies the operators who teach it inside their own organizations, and builds the tools the work needs. The curriculum is live, the network is counting in public, and the first products are working prototypes. Our goal is to empower healthcare leaders to leverage AI.

Adoption is over. Mastery is not.

01 // Why now

Three things happened at once. Physician use of AI doubled in three years. The rules got teeth, from HIPAA guidance to a Joint Commission standard for AI readiness. And nobody built the training layer in between. That layer is the company.

01
Nobody taught them

81% of physicians use AI professionally and the training never came. That is an industry failure, and it is the gap we sell into: education and oversight, skills and frameworks.

02
The rules got teeth

A Joint Commission standard for AI readiness now names an education requirement. Every health system needs a training record it can put in front of a surveyor, and the enterprise subscription is that record.

03
It reaches the patient

The back office decision becomes the bedside outcome. A leader who masters AI reclaims time, and the time goes back to the patient. That is the argument a board hears all the way through.

AI education from healthcare leaders builds value.

02 // The value we build

We have not signed our first client, and we say so. Here is what AI education, taught by leaders who run hospitals, does for an organization, with the published numbers behind each claim.

01
16 working days a year

That is what clinicians using AI report getting back, in the Philips Future Health Index 2026, a survey of more than 2,000 healthcare professionals in 10 countries. Training is how a leader turns that from a few enthusiasts into a whole team, and a team is where the days add up.

02
70% say the training was inadequate

Same survey. Seven in ten clinicians say their AI training was inadequate, inconsistent or unavailable. A six chapter course at $29.99 a leader closes that gap for less than the cost of a working lunch, and the Q Track turns one of them into the trainer.

03
56% have no AI policy

MGMA Stat, January 20th, 2026, 328 medical group leaders. More than half have no AI governance policy. Chapter 4 leaves every leader holding a one page policy with a named owner, and the enterprise subscription leaves the organization a training record it can put in front of the Joint Commission.

04
A dashboard in days, not a quarter

A consulting engagement is measured in quarters and delivered as a deck that fits every hospital equally badly. A Q, or our own team, builds a command center from an organization's own exports in days, because operators who mastered AI know exactly what to point it at.

Taught by people who ran the shift. That is the difference between an AI course and this one, and it is why a leader trusts the Q on their own team before they trust a vendor.

Four revenue lines, one curriculum.

03 // What we sell

Everything starts from one nine chapter curriculum. Individuals buy it, organizations subscribe to it, operators certify on it, and the products are built on the discipline it teaches.

Individuals

The core course at $29.99, the Q Track at $149, membership at $4.99 a month. High volume, low price, and word of mouth travels fast inside a hospital.
