For Organizations // Enterprise subscriptions

Train every leader
to use AI.

An enterprise subscription is seats for the leaders you want to train, a curriculum built around your specifications, your pillars, your projects and your initiatives, and a training record you can save. One invoice, one organization code, your own private domain.

What changes for your leaders

81% of physicians already use AI, and most of your leaders were never taught how to lead them through it. After six chapters every leader in your subscription can read a model card, knows your AI policy by version, has put AI to work on one workflow they own, and has the record to show for it.

Source for the 81%: the AMA physician survey quoted on our home page. A model card is the label that says what an AI tool does and where it fails.

The Quadrant Company
Meets the Joint Commission standard for AI readiness in healthcare.

The Responsible Use of AI in Healthcare certification asks a hospital to show its people were educated on the AI tools it runs. This curriculum meets that education and training standard, and every seat produces the record.

What an enterprise subscription is.

01 // What your organization buys

Six things your organization gets, one line on how each works, and the number behind it.

01 // Seats
Seats for your specified number of leaders

You decide how many leaders to train and send us the roster. We enroll the whole group under one organization code, capped at your count, so nobody has to buy a seat on their own.

PriceVolume bands. 50 seats pay more per seat than 200.
02 // Curriculum
6 chapters, 2 of them tailored to you

Chapters 1 to 4 are ours: Introduction to AI, Problem solving, Operategy, Data privacy and governance. Chapter 5 is built around your pillars, one lesson each. Chapter 6 is your projects, worked in your own AI tools, with a capstone.

Build10 working days from the intake.
03 // The record
Governance records you can save

Every seat produces a line in the Leader AI Education Record: contact hours, scores, attestations and refresh dates. Your sponsor saves it any day as a spreadsheet or a signed PDF, and it goes straight into your governance records.

Columns13, never edited by hand.
04 // Your domain
Your own private domain, on infrastructure we support

Your leaders sign in at app.thequadco.ai/org/your-name. We build, run and support the infrastructure behind it. No patient data is involved, which keeps the program inside the Joint Commission's education and training lane.

RefreshAn annual refresh lesson inside the contract year.
05 // Support
Light support, stated up front

A kickoff call, a progress dashboard for your sponsor, and email support answered within 2 business days. Your team shows up and masters the work. Nobody on your staff administers anything.

Reply2 business days.
06 // Your data
No patient data, ever

We do not need patient information and we do not want it. If you must share confidential documents, a business associate agreement, the contract that binds us to protect them, is signed first and the build waits.

02 // The Joint Commission

Here is our curriculum. Here are the 9 requirements, embedded in it.

The Joint Commission's Responsible Use of AI in Healthcare certification has five domains, and the fifth, transparency, education and training, asks you to show nine things about how your people were educated on AI. Four lessons, one chapter and one exported record answer all nine.

An attestation is a signed line saying a leader read your policy, with the version number beside it. A model card is the label that says what an AI tool does and where it fails. Both go in the record.

03 // Design partner program

Free course access for the first three to five health systems.

You choose the people. They take the full core course at no cost, the same course the public buys at $29.99, and we run the cohort and write the case study. What we ask is organizational support and word of mouth. Nothing else.

What you get
  • Free seats for the people you choose, the full core course
  • We run your cohort: scheduling, progress tracking, expert feedback
  • We write your case study, published only with your written approval
  • QuadCo membership at no cost for the pilot term
What it is not
  • Not software your team has to stand up
  • Not a consulting engagement with an invoice behind it
  • Not a data project. We never touch your systems or PHI
  • Not a commitment to buy seats. No fee, no auto renewal

Pick a door and tell us the team. We come back within 2 business days with 2 times that work.

Walk the intake instead
About 7 minutes now. The rest after our call.

Four sections: who you are, what your leaders should be able to do, one pillar, one project. Multiple choice beside every box. The second half comes on a private link that saves as you go.

A smaller first step
Start with 2 hours, not a contract.

A 2 hour working session for your leadership team, run by a healthcare executive who mastered these tools inside a hospital. Most organizations leave with the first three workflows named.

A university or academic program?

That lane has its own page, with the professor and student packages.

Six products we build with you.

Leader rounding, an executive command center, margin improvement, avoidable days, nurse self scheduling and ideas to action. White labeled to your organization, no patient data, built in days.
